Facility Utilization reports will take the Hours of Operations you have entered per facility and compare those hours to scheduled use hours for a quick view of how often a location is utilized.
To find the facility utilization report, click on the facilities tab.
How do I run a Facility Utilization Report?
- From the Facilities tab, click on the Facility Utilization sub-menu.
- Select the Facility Type and Time Range from the drop down.
- Custom Range option allows you to enter Custom Start and End Dates
- If you wish to select a specific Facility, you can select that from the Facility drop down.
- Click Apply Filters.
Click on List Actions and you will have the option to export the report to excel.
