How do I set up a Family or Group Membership?

A family or group membership can be set up in RecDesk to allow each person in the family, or group access to the family/group membership with their own member ID number/barcode card.

Follow the Basic Workflow for How do I Create or Edit a Membership? up to the Fees section.

How to Create a Family or Group Membership

  1. Choose a Fee-Type from the drop down. (You may want to name a Fee-Type called Family Pass, or Group Pass for this purpose).
  2. Enter the Amount
  3. Enter the maximum number of Members in the Includes up to ___ person(s) box.
  4.  Choose whether or not the Fee appears on the RecDesk Community portal by checking or unchecking the Show Fee on Portal checkbox.
  5. Enter the number of Punches/Swipes Allowed if there is a limitation in that way.
  6. Choose Residency Restriction for the fee from the drop down, if applicable.
  7. Click Save.
