How do I Update or Cancel a Program Registration?

In this article, you will learn how to update or cancel someone off a program roster.

 Click on the program name from the Program List, then click on the Roster tab.

Updating a Program Registration

  1. Click View/Edit
  2. Click Edit Registration
  3. Update any appropriate fields
  4. Click Save
  5. Click Return to Roster.

Cancelling Registrations

  1. Click View/Edit on the entry you'd like to cancel
  2. Click Edit Registration
  3. Click Cancel Registration
  4. Click OK to confirm.

  Tips:

Remember to filter your Roster list to Include Cancelled Registrations and then go to the Invoice and then the Payment to issue a refund, if appropriate.
