How do I Set Residency Based on Town/City Name(s) or Zip Code(s)?

In this article you will learn how to set your Residency Settings by Town/City Name(s) or Zip Code(s)

  Notes:

Residency Setting is totally optional, but required if using Online Account Approval. See Can we Approve Online accounts for Residency status?.

 Click Admin then Settings. Then click Edit under Residency Settings

How To Set Residency by Town Name(s)

1. Select Method of By Town/City from the drop down
2. Enter Values:
   • Enter a single Town/City Name; or 
   • Enter multiple Town/City Names separated by a comma. For example: Oakridge City, North Oakridge City, East Oakridge City
3. Keep Update Residency Overrides on Save UNCHECKED unless you are resetting all your members' residency and want all previous overrides to be removed
4. Click Save.

How To Set Residency by Zip Code(s)

1. Select Method of By Zip Code from the drop down
2. Enter Values:
   • Enter a single Zip Code; or 
   • Enter multiple Zip Codes separated by a comma. For example: 06424, 06447, 06457
3. Keep Update Residency Overrides on Save UNCHECKED unless you are resetting all your members' residency and want all previous overrides to be removed
4. Click Save.
