How does someone Make a Payment on a Payment Plan Online?

RecDesk Community members (customers) have the ability to View and Pay invoices from their Profile Page within the RecDesk Community portal.

 User will need to navigate to their online profile and select the View Invoices on the right.

Once the user navigates to the list of invoices, there will be a View/Pay listed to the right for each invoice.

They will click the View/Pay link and be redirected (in a new tab) to view the details of their invoice and to proceed with payment.

The customer will see an option to Pay in Full Now, or Pay Next Installment of the amount arranged.

  Notes:

If a customer wishes to make more than one installment payment, they will need to complete one payment and initiate another separate payment for each additional installment they wish to pay.
