What Filters/Actions Can I Apply/Perform from the List of Membership Members?

Many membership list and form actions can be performed on the entire list, or a filtered list of members that are part of a membership. This article will explain what they are.

 Click on the Memberships tab then click on the sub menu item List of Membership Members.

List of Membership Members Filters

Select one or more of the following filters and click Apply Search

  • Membership Status
    • Active (default)- shows members whose memberships are currently active (the current date is within the membership period)
    • Paused - shows only members whose memberships have been paused (pause.jpg); see How do I Pause a Membership Enrollment?
    • Future - shows members whose membership dates are in the future and will become active once the current date is within the membership period
    • Expired (All) - shows all members whose membership period is in the past
    • Expired (Not Renewed) - shows only those members whose memberships are in the past, but have not been renewed directly from their past membership
    • Cancelled - shows members whose memberships have been cancelled prior to their expiration
  • Member Type
    • All (default) - shows members with all Member Types
    • Primary Only - shows only the primary members of each membership enrollment (each enrollment (individual/family/group) has one primary member)
  • Renewal Type

List of Membership Member Actions

The following actions can be performed on the entire list or filtered list by clicking on List Actions and choosing one of the following actions:

  1. Print Simple Membership List, which contains
    • Name
    • City
    • Birthday
    • Phone
    • Fee-Type
    • Active Period
    • After the Active Period, you'll see AUTO for members on Auto-Renew
  2. Export Full Detail to Excel - Includes ALL of a membership member's profile information plus Names, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses of those individuals in their household marked as Head of Household. It also contains membership information including membership enrolled in, membership barcode number (assigned member ID number), if they are the primary membership holder in a family membership, if the membership is on an auto-renewal, how many punches are allowed, and how many punches are remaining, and effective beginning and end dates. 
  3. Emailing
    • Option 1: Email Primary Members (as To) or (as Bcc) - This will open up your default email client (i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express) and pre-fill the To or Bcc list with the email addresses of all filtered membership members that have opted-in for bulk emails. Type email and send as you normally would.
    • Option 2: Display/Copy Email Addresses - This will open a pop-up with the email addresses of all filtered membership members that have opted-in for bulk emails. You can then copy/paste this list as required.
  4. SMS/Texting
    • Option 1: Text (SMS) All Members - This will open up your default email client (i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express) and pre-fill the To: list with the Text/SMS addresses of all filtered membership members who have opted-in to Receive Text Messages. Type text message and send as you normally would send an email. Remove any images or long signatures.
    • Option 2: Display/Copy Text/SMS Addresses - This will open a pop-up with the Text/SMS addresses of all filtered membership members who have opted-in to Receive Text Messages. You can then copy/paste this list as required.
