How to Cancel a Program
- For each registrant, do the following:
- Click on the Invoice link and issue a refund, if appropriate. See How do I Process a Refund?
- If customer has not yet paid for the registration and it's the only item on the invoice, click Actions, then Mark Invoice As Closed.
- Go back to the Roster by clicking the Details button on the line item of the invoice.
- Cancel the registration. See How do I Update or Cancel a Program Registration?
- Once all registrants are removed from the Roster, go to the Program Info tab on the program, click Edit, scroll down to the bottom and click Delete.
