Navigate to the entity to which the Document was uploaded. Then click Documents
Viewing, Downloading and Deleting CRM+ Uploaded Documents
- To View a CRM+ document, click on it. Use the viewer tools to do the following:
- Find a word or phrase in the document (optionally highlight all instances and/or match case of the text);
- Page up or down in the article;
- Go to a page number;
- Rotate Clockwise or Counterclockwise (under the Tools menu )
- Zoom out (-) or zoom in (+) or change the zoom %
- Print the Document (under the Tools menu )
- View Document Properties (under the Tools menu )
- To Download a CRM+ document that has been uploaded, click on it. Then click the Download button.
- To Delete a CRM+ document, click on the Delete button just below the doument name on the list of documents, then click YES to confirm that you are sure you want to delete this document.
Audio files will need to be downloaded to play the audio.
