In this article, you will learn how to Resume a Paused Membership enrollment.
Before You Start
A membership enrollment must be Paused in order to Resume it. See How do I Pause a Member's Membership
Click on the Membership Name from the Memberships List, then click on the Members tab.
How do I Resume a Paused Membership Enrollment?
- Click on View/Edit next to a Paused Member, indicated by
.
- Click Edit.
- Click Resume Membership.
- Optionally update the Description/Reason for the Pause.
- Update the Resume Date to the date you'd like the membership to start back up (you will see Paused for # days).
- Optionally add a Resume On Date, which can be changed at a later date.
- Check/uncheck Adjust Membership End Date to add/not add the accrued days of the pause to the end of the membership. The new Membership End Date will display.
- Click Resume Membership.
Tips:
If the membership is a family/group membership, all members enrolled in that specific membership will be resumed.
Notes:
- Only Paused Membership Members can be Resumed
- Once a membership enrollment is resumed, all the members in that membership enrollment will again be allowed to check-in or select membership restricted fees on programs
