Receipt is Not Printing on the Thermal Printer When Using Firefox
If you've followed the steps under Enabling Auto Printing for Firefox and your test page doesn't print, follow these steps:
- Click on the Firefox Menu ;
- Click Help;
- Select More Troubleshooting Information;
- Scroll down to the Printing section;
- Click Clear saved print settings;
- You'll have to re-enable Auto Printing for Firefox; see How do I Enable Auto Printing on the POS Thermal Printer?
- Try Testing the Thermal Printer again.
