Overview
CRM+ Documents can be uploaded to any/all entities with the CRM+ capability. See What is RecDesk CRM+?
Navigate to the entity to which the Document will be uploaded. Then click
Documents
Uploading a CRM+ Document
- Click Upload document
- If uploading from your Computer, click on to Select Files to Upload, Drag and Drop, or Copy and Paste files into the upload area of the screen (see accepted filetypes here), or upload one of the following other types of files:
- Link (URL) - Click on the
(Link (URL)) icon and then enter/paste the URL link in the box indicated. Then click the
again. Then click Upload. See accepted filetypes here.
- Take Photo (only available in Chrome and Firefox) - Click on the (Take Photo) icon, ALLOW access to your camera if you haven't already done so, and click on the again. Then click Next. Optionally click Upload more to upload more pictures and repeat this process. When done, Click Upload.
- Record Audio (only available in Chrome and Firefox) - Click on the (Record Audio) icon, ALLOW access to your microphone if you haven't already done so, then click
to start recording. Click
to stop recording. Optionally click Upload more to record more audio and repeat this process. When done, Click Upload.
- Google Drive (requires Google account)- Click on the
(Google Drive) icon, then click Sign in with Google (be sure to ALLOW Filestack access to your Google files). Then select the document from your Google Drive to upload (see accepted filetypes here). Once a file with a valid filetype is selected, click View/Edit Selected. Optionally click Upload more to upload more files from your Google Drive and repeat this process. When done, Click Upload.
- OneDrive (requires OneDrive app - get it free here) - Click on the
(OneDrive) icon, then click Connect OneDrive. Then select the document from OneDrive to upload (see accepted filetypes here). Once a file with a valid filetype is selected, click View/Edit Selected. Optionally click Upload more to upload more OneDrive files and repeat this process. When done, Click Upload.
- Box (requires Box Sync - see more info here) - Click on the
(Box) icon, then click Connect Box. Log in and then click Grant access to box. Then select the document from OneDrive to upload (see accepted filetypes here). Once a file with a valid filetype is selected, click View/Edit Selected. Optionally click Upload more to upload more OneDrive files and repeat this process. When done, Click Upload.
- Link (URL) - Click on the
Tips:
Audio files will need to be downloaded to play the audio.

Maximum file size is 5 MB
Accepted filetypes:- image files (jpg, png, gif, etc.)

- docx
- xls
- xlsx
- ppt
- pptx
- mp3
