Navigate to the entity where the Note was added and click
Notes, or click on the link from a CRM+ email notification
Replying to a CRM+ Note
- Click on the Reply button below the Note (any RecDesk User can Reply to any note as long as they can add/edit notes);
- Type your reply in the box;
- To send an email notification to another user, simply type @ followed by the user's first name. The user's full name will pop up for you to select. Once selected, that user's id will show after the @ (ie @jsmith). See Notes * in Notes here;
- Click Save.
Editing a CRM+ Note
- Click on the Edit button below the Note (you are only able to Edit a note if you added the note);
- Modify your note;
- Click Save.

Deleting a CRM+ Note
- Click on the Delete button below the Note or the Reply (you are only able to Delete a note if you added the note);
- Click YES to confirm that you are sure you want to delete this note;
- Click Save.
Tips:
You can @mention multiple users in one note (ie @jsmith @jdoe Have either of you spoken to this customer?).
Notes:
* The email will contain a link to the Note from which the @mention was sent so you can go directly to the entity to which the note refers.
** Email notifications will NOT be sent out when a note is edited. Therefore, if you wish to send an email notification, it's best to reply to a note with the @mention in the reply.
