Overview
RecDesk Payments clients with a Director or Finance role can view and print Monthly Merchant Statements once they become available on or around the 6th business day following each month. The statements contain summaries of the merchant’s activity for the month, deposit activity, card type and eCheck activity, as well as platform fees and charges associated with disputes and ACH returns.
These statements can be generated and printed on demand for any previous months in the RecDesk Payments portal.
In this article, you will learn how to generate and print these monthly merchant account statements, and subscribe/unsubscribe to receive email notifications with direct links to the statements once they are available.
