Overview
In this article you will learn the difference between the different groups of users when sending a push notification through the RecDesk Engage App Cockpit under Marketing Automation.
User Groups
- Active users – This is anyone who has opened the app in the timeframe you then set e.g in the last 3 months. It doesn’t matter if they are logged in or not they will get the message.
- Logged in users – any user who has opened the app and is logged in. No time frame associated with this. If I logged in a year ago and haven’t opened the app since, I would still get the message
- Active logged in users - any user who has opened the app in the timeframe set but is also logged in.
- Active non-logged in users – any user who has opened the app in the timeframe but is not logged in.
