In this article you will review how conversation record are displayed and who can see them.
Before You Start
Conversation records cannot be limited to specific clubs; they are visible to all users. However, push notification messages can be sent to the uses of an specific club.
For Example:
If you create a conversation record for staff notifications, both patrons and staff will see the conversation record. When a message is sent only to the staff club, only staff members will receive the push notification and can view that message within the conversation record. Patrons will not receive the notification, and the conversation record will appear blank to them.
