In this article, you will learn the steps to make changes to the information listed in the App Factory from within the RecDesk Engage App Cockpit.
App Factory Updates include - App icon image, launch images, title, description, keywords.
Before You Start
Submit an update request via a Support Ticket.
Follow These Steps:
- If you are looking to update any of the App Factory details after your App is live, you must first request an update by submitting a support ticket.
- Our support team will create a new App Factory Submission Record.
- Once created, you'll be able to see that record when you are logged into the RecDesk Engage App Cockpit, under the App Factory menu item.
- Make any necessary changes to your App Factory page, then update your support ticket to let the Support Team know to submit the final request on your behalf.
You will see your updates typically complete within 5 business days.
Notes:
This solution applies only to RecDesk Engage App customers. Not all users will have access to the RecDesk Engage App cockpit. User access is determined by your RecDesk Support team.
