Overview
You will be assigned a separate Common Admin Id for adding and updating content on Content Management pages.
Before You Start
If you don't know your RecDesk Content Management user name and password, contact your RecDesk Customer Success Manager. DO NOT USE THE EDGE BROWSER FOR CONTENT MANAGEMENT.
From the right side of the Dashboard, click Portals Actions, then click Content Manangement (CMS).
Logging in to RecDesk Content Management - DO NOT USE THE EDGE BROWSER FOR CONTENT MANAGEMENT.
- Click LOG IN on the top-right of the page
- Enter User Name and Password for RecDesk Content Management site.
Tips:
Once logged in, you will be able to add and edit content to the pages on the left-hand. See How do I Add or Update Content? and How do I Upload Documents to Content Management Pages?
Notes:
If you'd like to add or remove Content Management pages, please contact your RecDesk Customer Success Manager.
If you do not see this button please use this URL format: shortname.recdesk.com/recdeskportal/rdadmin.aspx
Update the "shortname" to your organization's shortname.
