- Log in to your Content Management (CMS) site; see How do I Log In to Add and Update Content?
- Go to the page with the documents widget on it.
- Click on the Edit button to the left of the document you would like to update
- Follow the steps starting at #3 above as to how to update and save the document. See ** in Notes here.
Tips:
- If you receive an error that the file is too large, you'll need to compress the pdf file. Please use this free online compression utility.
- Avoid using special characters (#, <, >, &, etc.) in the Title of the document.
Notes:
** Please use a different filename on your hard-drive for the updated version of the file. The reason for this is that sometimes the old file is cached and that version of the file will be downloaded to the user's desktop instead of the new version.
